My van was kaput . Walked to coffee with friends across from Pfeiffer Lincoln saw this red van. After coffee went across looked over the van. Chris Jacoby got the loan thru at the monthly payment I could handle. I walked away with my gorgeous Town & Country mini van . So happy.

I purchased a 2018 Navigator Black Label new from Pfeiffer. The quality and technology is better than my BMW 640i I had and the level of service from Pfeiffer exceeds what i have experienced with BMW and BMW service was excellent.
Zach McKeever was my service writer and he did a great job in getting the repair to my Lincoln MKT done. He worked quickly with my warranty company and set expectations correctly with timing for starting repair on the car. Had a couple snags, one can be blamed on the postal service with shipping the part, and the other was so minor I just stopped by for a 20 min fix (mechanic missed one electronic connection in door). I purchased my MKZ from Mike McCoy on 12/6/13. The experience was great. He showed me a couple of cars. I drove the MKZ. We came back and I said if you can pull it together by close I'll drive her home!! I was on a binge showing day! She was definitely a whim purchase! I drove her home on Saturday and Mike drove my truck to me with the license plates on Monday!! She's been a dream and the service at Pfieffer is always stellar!! Poor service.Didnot know much about the car.Did not give owner manuals, suppose to be in car .Stated car had a $500 inspection but couldn’t provide service records.
