I purchased my car from Pfeiffer and have had it serviced there since buying it. I have always had great service, and would recommend them to anyone.
We leased an MKX here in November. In late June, we were rear ended on the highway and our vehicle as totaled. James Balder went to work for us immediately, finding a new vehicle in another state, transporting it to Michigan, and delivering it to our home. We couldn't be happier. Feels like family here.
I am really disappointed that Pfeiffer does not have a dealership in Indiana or Florida. However, I was able to purchase a Nav while in Grand Rapids for another purpose and the salesman promptly delivered it to Indianapolis the following week. After some experiences with an Indiana dealer I will not expound on here, this was the relatively simple, straightforward transaction that buying a vehicle should be. Friends in the GR area indicate the dealership has a good reputation and they have purchased there, also.

Pfeiffer Lincoin is awesome to work with. From the time I got the car and now they have gave me excellent service. I cannot think of going any where else to get a car.
My family has bought over 100 cars and trucks from Dan Pfeiffer. Obviously we are very satisfied with the quality of the vehicles, service and respect we always receive in all our dealings with this very reputable dealer.
Ran into a problem with my climate control and took my car into Pfeiffer for service. Was a little disappointed that they were unable to duplicate the issue I was experiencing, so they were unable to fix it the first time. The service technician asked me to video the problem the next time it occurred. Sure enough it happened again a few days later and I took my car back in for service. The service dept. is full of crap don't trust them. Two weeks ago I took my car in for a oil change and tire rotation I was there for two hrs. When I left I noticed the tires were not rotated I confronted the. Service guy and he lied in my face and said they did I said you didn't because I had a flat tire and the tire had a white mark on it and it was still in the same place.
