We haven't yet received the actual service as they are schedule to come out to our house later this week for the first of two visits, but the customer service with Troy has been excellent and the price was much more reasonable and within the "market value" recommended by other local providers we asked for quotes from. Troy was very knowledgable, I did not feel pressured, and he gave an impressive experience history.

Bees had built a nest in an outside wall and were starting to show up in my basement. Troy came to the house within 3 hours and was able to stop the inside intrusion, and eliminate the nest. He was very knowledgeable and we were so happy with him, we will be retaining him for annual pest services.

The technician showed up within 2 hrs of my phone call. He explained the process to me and then put on a full "bee suit" and went to work on a large underground yellow jackets' nest. The yellow jackets are gone and we no longer worry about getting stung. Very satisfied with the work and with the technician who was very friendly and courteous.
