Took care of the problem. We had a big issue with rodents. They were running around the the garage, the kitchen, inside the walls, and everywhere. We got one of those plastic traps at the Home Depot hoping it would work. The first two times, they took the bait without setting off the trap. The third time, my wife glued the bait to the trap. Wonderful company! My ceiling cracked and I had yellow jackets swarm into my house on a Sunday when nobody else was open. Pest Shield and, more importantly, Troy went out of his way on his day off to come asap and take care of it. He was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and most of all courteous. Best customer service around! Would definitely recommend them!

Although I did not actually meet Troy face to face, he was very personable on the phone and provided me with a good explanation of my problem and his process of resolution. He also called me after the work was done to ensure that it was to my satisfaction and there were no after-effects that would cause the problem to re-surface.
