Troy is awesome. He educated us on what variables we had in our house and yard that were creating an ant-friendly environment so that we can get rid of all factors contributing to our horrific ant infestation. And his products work...he is right, there is not enough bait in the world to get rid of a well established ant colony!

I invited Troy Yowell of Pest Shield and 2 other HomeAdvisor recommended professionals to give me estimates of how much it would cost to rid my house of termites. I spoke with Troy on the phone and explained my problem (carpenter bees invading my screened porch) and he gave me a thorough explanation of what the bees were doing; what I could expect the bees to do in the future; and what he would do to contain the problem.
