Very satisfied with the work. Responded promptly to the service request to take care of yellow jacket problem by the basketball hoop, showed up on time, discussed the treatment plan, advised on precautions to be taken, completed the job in no time. The charges were reasonable. It was a slam dunk hiring Pest Shield and have no hesitation in recommending Pest Shield.

Troy from Pest Shield was the only representative to fully understand rodent (mice) control. He baited our attic & basement w/ mice bait. He is coming back in 30 days to confirm the results. The other 2 companies, Fogle & Triangle wanted to get rid of all our attic insulation, bait & put in new insulation at a cost of nearly $5,000.

Troy came out immediately to look at our house and did find termites, he was very professional, friendly and made us feel very comfortable; he explained everything to us; we had did some comparsion shopping with other companies and didn't get the comfortable feeling with the other companies, Pest Shield was by far the best, I would recommend Pest Shield to anyone, they are a company that you can trust to have your best interest at heart. Troy was the best.
