I spoke with Troy late in the day and after a brief conversation he agreed to come directly to our home and address our needs immediately, even though it was what I would believe to be after normal working hours. He was very professional, explained our problems to us and took the necessary steps to alleviate them. He could not have been any more accommodating and I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Pest shield provided excellent service for my termite issue. We had a follow up problem with house ants which probably used the termite tunnels to gain access. Troy provided a courtesy treatment and explained the issues in detail on how to address it in the future. As usual Troy was on time and very courteous.

Troy was very professional. Explained the process and followed up when he said he would without my probing. Very know legs and most of all honest about he issue I was having with mice! I would recommend his services. Also cleaned up after himself and very aware of tracking outside dirt into my house. I appreciated that without having to ask!

We hired Pest Shield despite the fact that their price was more than double some of the other companies I interviewed. The reason we did is because unlike the other companies, Pest Shield uses heat as a treatment. After doing my online research, I decided it was worth the extra money to do so. The first round of heat didn't completely work - the next day, Troy from Pest Shield and I found live bed bugs in some of the blankets.
