Troy was very professional in that he made a careful search for signs of termites, and when he found evidence, carefully explained the probable cause and the various treatments, which made me feel confident that he was providing the best product and service possible.

Troy was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing thoroughly. He was helpful in giving tips on how we might help in preventing further ant infestation outdoors by trimming bushes, shrubs and ivy. I totally trusted in his work. He wasn't a bit pushy about further sales, although he did explain the plans. I do think, however $159. is a bit high for only a 30 day guarantee.
