The owner of the company was the one who served me. He explained the situation quite clearly and best of all, he started the work immediately. Two other companies called but could not start until the middle of next week. Within a few hours, the ants were gone. I am so pleased.

Troy is a true professional. He accommodated my schedule by coming after hours to do an inspection. I had gotten a "free inspection" from another BIG, WELL-KNOWN company and they had me believing I had live termites. I was suspicious when they didn't show up for the initial treatment, and more so when I got conflicting information from people at their company. I called Pest Shield when my current pest company wanted us to pay 5-6 thousand for a supposed mice invasion in my attic. They wanted to rip out the insulation, treat for mice and install new insulation. Troy came out that day, inspected my attic and home and reported minimal evidence of mice, treated the attic and we have not seen a mouse in ages.
