I chose Pest Shield based on cost, courtesy and timeliness. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the company as a whole. Troy was awesome! He was prompt, professional, congenial and genuine. We needed a termite inspection for a refi but I feel like we got so much more. Mice!! We moved into our new home only to find it infested with mice. Contacted Home Advisor and they sent me Troy from Pest Shield and less than 30 days later.....no mice. Troy is a very geniuine and honest guy. He wont try to over-sell you on things that you don't need and his goal is to rid you of the problem ASAP. He was very prompt and followed up as promised 30 days after the first visit. Prices are reasonable and his services for mice were covered for a full year with one payment.
