We had to have a wood destroying insect inspection report done to refinance for our VA home loan. The bank told me last minute and wanted it right away. I spoke with Troy and he came out the next day. Troy is very honest and professional. Pest Shield, Inc. is great and reasonably priced.

Troy was prompt in responding to my request for a termite inspection. He was honest in his inspection and cost estimate. He did a good job applying Termidor HE termite treatment around my house perimeter and in my porch slab and garage. Troy also applied additional treatment on areas where there were high concentrations of bugs (ants, crickets, etc.). Overall, Troy is an honest and knowledgeable pest control professional.

His price is the lowest among several others that I have talked. He came at the same day, explained, and remove the nest. He was very helpful and did a wonderful work.

Troy from Pest Shield, inc. called immediately and did a home inspection, but felt that there was no significant problem at the time...some wet wood (a column) that needs to be addressed first, then see if there is truly an issue with carpenter ants. I appreciate his honesty in not pushing pesticide treatments before pursuing other solutions first....no cost for inspection...
