My realtor dropped the ball on hiring a termite inspection, so the weekend before closing I went online and frantically looked for someone to do the job. He called me back within the hour, on Sunday, said he could come Tuesday. Tuesday when I couldn't wait anymore for the report I sent him a message asking for a thumbs up or down. On a saturday, I received a call within minutes of submitting my urgent request for a pest control professional. Arrived in less than 1 hour, introduced himself and inspected the premises. He courteously educated us regarding the issue. Re-assured us that he could resolve in a timely manner and at a reasonable price.
