Troy was great. Very knowledgable and fast service. I am very happy with my experience and would highly reccomend. Other companies tried to get me to do a long term service plan but Pet Shield just solved the problem. Quality service and a very fair price.

I was very satisfied with the courtesy and level of dedication exhibited by Troy. He had to drill in the porch concrete slab which was much thicker than he anticipated and took exceedingly more effort and time than was expected. It was a tough job, and I am hopeful, the termites will be completely extricated and never back again. Troy completed the job with remarkable professionalism. I certainly recommend this company.

Troy called me back right away. He was very friendly and knowledgeable on what our problem was. He arrived when he said he would,and completed the first treatment the same day.
