Arrived on time. Very knowledge and took the time to explain his observations and recommendations. Very professional, friendly, and cost effective. Due to a storm that washed away the treatment that night, the original treatment worked for 90% of the wasp nests. I called the contractor and he came out immediately and completely mitigated the issue. Absolutely would recommend this contractor. Pest Shield Inc. responded so quickly to our emergency call about an infestation of angry wasps in our house! Troy Yowell from Pest Shield arrived within a half hour of my call. He was wonderful in explaining exactly what product he was going to use (eco-friendly which was important to us as we have pets), how he was going to use it and how long it would last. Excellent response time and outstanding customer service. Plus, VERY reasonable cost for an emergency visit. Would use again in a heartbeat!

We were having trouble finding someone who would deal with our wasp problem and remove the nest and Troy came within 1/2 hr. dusted and removed all nests. Would definately recommend them.

Troy was honest and didn't do the hard sell like many other companies, including ones highly rated on Service Magic. In fact, unlike the 3 other companies I found here who tried to scare me with tales of thousands of dollars of damage requiring thousands of dollars of chemicals to treat, he told us how to try to solve our carpenter ant problem ourselves first. I've saved his card, and will definitely call him first in case we can't fix it ourselves, or for any other pest situation.

Troy was great. He came by and performed a very thorough walkthrough to assess our situation, was very articulate in his explanation of what was going on, and even did a complimentary look for termites. On the day of service he was prompt/on time and very efficient.
