I made an order which came out to 13.50/pay and I was like ok that’s cool, but then I come to find out you have to get approved for every item you order. At this point I’m like ok let’s do it! Turns out after i got approved it went from 13.50/pay to 18/pay like what!!?!? How?!?! Straight schemers that’s how!! If you plan on charging extra for your company’s sake, then make it the original price you schemers!!!!!

The item I want is not on the catalog. Is sent a form to fill out for items I want that are not on the site, but still no item. The Asus rog phone 2 is something I would like to get. It sells very well on asus's store. They add items weekly, saying it's the more popular items they add, but I call bull. A lot of the items are just random things that probably don't sell at all. The company gave me a $500 spending limit but with every order i have tried to place all well below my $500 limit, they denied the order. horrible company

It’s been 5 days since they took my money on 10/31/19.Today Is Currently 11/5/19 and my package hasn’t even shipped yet. Tried calling or getting some type of customer services but no such thing seems to exist for Perpay. I’m started to feel skeptical because there is no way for me to find out about my order and why it hasn’t shipped even though they have my money.guess I’m goin to see about a refund...will update this post later

I have been paying these people but no merchandise has been delivered and I contacted them and provided them with proof of payment just to be told that they can't find it

I ordered a iPhone 11 and in the description it says phone comes unlocked and when I tried to activate it I found out the phone was automatically locked to sprint. Huge inconvenience... I spent $110 to get the phone activated and can’t get a refund for that. Now I have to send the phone back and be without a phone for even longer until I receive my refund or another phone that’s for sure unlocked. ??????

I have been a member since 2017 and love this company because i have order my grands electronics for Christmas and birthday's and they request minimum payment I pay more than request so i can pay it off faster and and my approval for more merchandise is accepted. I also recommend more people should used them.

I’ve been a customer with them for about 2 years now, and I person I use to live with account is delinquent. They have flagged my account and or not allowing me to place an orders due to someone else’s account issues. I have referred people to this business as well as been giving them a lot of my business. It’s very upsetting that they would do this to a good customer and now they have lost my business and I will not refer anyone else.
