I was hesitant but I gave per pay a try I ordered a 40 inch TCL FL flat screen TV set up direct deposit with my employer first payment was made three days later I had the TV no issues there or anything I will be ordering a second TV I'm going to order a Vizio 40 inch flat screen the only issue I have customer service is very difficult to get a hold of I would prefer to call them by phone instead of email
Well I’m a But torn on what I think at the moment, I ordered two items one I received promptly the other item is still not here. I only received one tracking number and on my end it shows both items have been delivered. I’ve been in contact with the dam online chat lady for days and days not getting any answers. I’ve been trying to return and item that was sent incorrectly since Christmas the company keeps sending me links that don’t work. Now that it’s past 30 days they don’t want to return however, I still haven’t gotten the address to return it yet. I’ve been a customer for at least 4 years.
I only received 1 item (ordered 2). I tried to reach out to them through their ridiculous "chat" option and got an automated response stating they will get back to me on Monday, this was Friday afternoon when I attempted to chat!!!! What kind of company makes you wait 3 days for help?!? Prepay DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL THEM, again, just ridiculous! Items are extreamly overpriced and making returns is nearly impossible.
I purchased they all in one computer I placed the order November 21 they did not take the money out of my account till December 18 and then ship the item I received it December 22 gave it as a Christmas gift on December 25 January 1 the person called me and said the computer was messed up it wouldn’t work do anything I contacted perpay they told me I only had 30 days to return it from November 21 so my So my return window was closed before I even got my item in the mail so if you order from them you better make sure you’re w... read more

I hesitate giving them less of a score, because Ive been using them for items I want for about a year now, always paid off early. The customer service is lacking, they dont typically respond on the weekends, and they definitely don't go "above and beyond". The customer service has an "oh well" attitude. I ordered $800 TV from them on September 25th it is now October 27th they said they lost the first TV through the carrier they blame it on the carrier and now the order has been in idle for 4 weeks it says it's shipping and they say check with the carrier well I don't have a tracking number I asked for a tracking number and they say it's still pending shipping how ridiculous is that I can't get a straight answer from anybody from that company it's pathetic I asked for my money back and they don't even talk about that so I wo... read more

The replacement was then lost by the carrier again, which caused extended delays for Mike to receive the TV. I been customer for over a year I had numerous issues most is I pay for 3-4 weeks before I even get items last shipment they sent to another address in calif I live in Florida. customer service gets a F for failure in every way no phone contact all done thru messenger online sometimes it take 3-5 days to get responded I even have some that never got a response so if you don't mind waiting a month or maybe not getting items then feel free to throw your money out a window you might feel like I fo
