Yes I did leave a review about a week ago about perpay . Yes it was almost on my third deduction before I got any tracking info on a small item. As of today 12/5/18 I’ve finally received tracking info and Taylor at perpay has been a great help. I would suggest perpay but also be advised that if your just starting up with them it will take a little time . My first payment was made on 11/23/18 . And like I stated earlier I’ve just received tracking 12/5/18. So I should have my item by this coming Friday.

We apologize for any initial delay in response surrounding the shipment of Ashley's Fossil Smartwatch. Due to a very high support volume, we were working very diligently to get back to all of our users as quickly as possible. The delay in the shipment of the watch was due to the Thanksgiving holiday & our distribution partner's warehouse being closed. Tried to contact the company several times to ask a simple question about my order before payment was made via direct deposit. The main phone number tells you to go online and chat with someone and then hangs up on you. I was able to start a chat with a rep, Kevin, and once he introduced himself and offered to help he vanished and never returned. Great company! I filed bankruptcy last year so it hasn't been easy for me to get anyone to extend me any type of credit or do payment options like they offer! I placed my order 2 weeks ago, setup the direct deposit which pulled this week. This next part isn't an issue but I was hoping the item would ship right away since they received my money, but it says that they will send you tracking within 3-5 business days then you will receive your item 3-5 business days after you get the tracking info. I’ve just recently signed up and ordered online with PerPay. I know a lot of people that are satisfied with a company don’t go the the extra mile to thank them... so heres mine: I had a fairly easy experience. The approval process was quick and my order was exactly how they had explained the process to be. Thank you!

I would like to say that rob at Perpay was extremely helpful and made sure that my grandson will get his birthday gift on tone and that meant the world to me they respond back very quickly and resolve any and all of your problems now that’s excellent customer service keep u the great work !!! I’m
