So I sent all of my information that they asked for then I received a email saying to send a copy of my DL. Sent that never heard back from them. My status is still waiting on approval. I emailed them numerous times and they never responded until almost 6 days later. The last email was they are very busy and for me to submit another order. What!!! Why would I y’all not even legit!!! Y’all contact people when y’all want to contact us back. Will never order from this site!!!!!!!!

I have been trying to contact this company (on several occasions) about the authenticity of items purchased & other clarifications but to no avail. No one has returned any emails & the customer service number does not produce a live agent. They take money out of my paycheck faithfully though. Totally disappointed...

I'm trying to get my first direct deposit from prepay and its been 3 weeks the keep giving me the run around . I got cold feet after reviewing so many complaints . I'm telling you out there don't do it !

Trying to force me to pay for something I don’t have. I’ve been trying to contact them for days and no word! I have sent over 70 messages in the last two days alone asking for help with my case. I get ignored. Unfortunately I can either pay them for the items that I don’t have or stop all payments and allow my account to go delinquent. Either or isn’t good.

I would not recommend buying more expensive items on here. I’ve used perpay for a few years now. Never ordered anything over $500. My computer is giving out and I don’t have time to save up for a decent one. The one I looked at on here is over $700 more than MSRP. That’s half the cost of the computer I want in hidden fees. They say it’s no interest, no hidden fees but how can you explain $700 OVER MSRP. Love them. I've been using them for about three years now. Everything I order is exactly the way its advertised. Last order had something go "missing" with a "broken" box from ups and Perpay replaced and re shipped the product with no hassle. Definitely recommend and will keep using them in the future. -A

Currently in a bind with Perpay. I've been a customer for the last year and a half and haven't had any problems with them until my most current shipment. I ordered a office chair from them which arrived damaged and missing pieces making use of the chair impossible (no seat, no center post, wheels missing, one arm rest.) Understanding that "ship happens" I make a claim the same day the chair arrived. I have ordered several items from Perpay with no issues over the last 3 years. I have always received help with any issues and verification of my information was always protected. I love them and will continue to shop with them
