Straight up idiots. They detailed my car three time and never got all the crap underneath the seats. They said I have free carwashs for life but why would I even think about going to them. Also the superior mechanics almost really damaged my car. They don't even know how to tighten lug nuts. Not even five days after I bought my car from them I have this horrible sound coming from the back tire. I checked it out and two lugs were completely gone and one was halfway on. I will never step foot in this place again. The salesman was pushy, fought very hard to try to keep us from leaving (and they had the keys to my trade in, so I literally couldn't leave), and tried to guilt us into buying from them ("why are you guys doing this to me?"). The facility itself is nice. The people not so much. It was well worth the drive to go to SLC to Mark Miller Downtown. They treat you like family.
I had such an amazing experience this weekend!! Everyone there was so devoted to helping me find the best car, and making sure I got the best financing possible. I will be coming here for my cars as long as I'm around. I highly recommend coming and checking out what they have, and working with their incredible sales team! A zero star isn't available, the went and tried to screw me over not even a week after I drove off the lot. They've screw my parents over in the past as well. DO NOT GO HERE! Go to kapp auto in Roy or Clinton. At least they are trustworthy.
