The Sales Dept here is great!! I bought 2 vehicles here in 3 months.. The service Dept here sucks!!! They’re clueless.. Keep u waiting for hours while you’re there and service advisors act clueless. My Highlander has been there 2 weeks for a tiny dent which is covered under warranty and the company they deal with is clueless.. This is all sounding like a fraud warranty now.. I been speaking to lawyers and contacting the better business bureau .. This is 1 of 3 issues in 3 Months.. It takes the service dept here 3 hours not c... read more

RecommendedI cannot say enough about how appreciative I am of Jarrel Joye’s efforts. I submitted an online inquiry around 10 AM on a Saturday and left the dealership around 1:30 PM. The pricing was very fair and I let him know I was on a time crunch due to my daughters basketball game. He was very respectful of that and made sure things were done quickly. I was at the dealer only about an hour in total which was great. I’m very pleased with everything and would buy a car from here again in the future.
