Amazing!!!! Great service!!!! I am so glad I chose here to get my first car!
Never again will we buy from this dealership. My husband tried to cancel our gap insurance and was told that it is really inconvenient for them to help him with this. Then he was told to wait for someone in finance to help him. An hour later, and he still hadn't been helped. Just because he wasn't there to make a purchase doesn't mean that he isn't a customer. Then he was told that they would email the paperwork to him even though they don't like to do it that way. Surprise, there's no email. Never. Again.
Maybe rethink how you run your dealership. Also don't lie to young people because you think you can get away with it. I had so many problems with my experience there and I don't even think I'll be back to service my car. I'll go elsewhere thank you.
Taking advantage of senior citizens that 1. Don't have a drivers license due to incapacity to pass drivers test. 2. Seniors that have dementia is MORALLY wrong and you should be ashamed to engage in this practice. Shame on you!!!
Unethical snakes! Took advantage of a man with dementia!! Sold him a car, screwed him on the price - he can't even drive! And then they wouldn't take the car back 2 hours later when our family found out what happened. The manager yelled at us to get out of his store. Makes me sick!!!
"Full inspection" my a**. Tires worn down and driven on low pressure that they were ready to bust. Yes it is a used car, but it is new to me, had to buy all new 4 tires because my own service guy said it was not safe to drive and that it can worsen the condition of vehicle and become a liability on the road to others. Looking into why toyota would lie about looking at a vehicles true state. This was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had. Working with Kyden Cutler was great. He was extremely patient, answered all may questions, and totally went to bat for me on negotiating a good price for me. Toyota Bountiful absolutely exceeded my expectations and eliminated my fear of buying a car. This was the most pleasant buying experience I've had in years. I made an internet inquiry on a 2014 RAV4 and did the pre approval online. I showed up, test drove, received the offer on my trade (very reasonable) and was ready to rock and roll. The entire staff was professional from start to finish as well as FUN to work with.
