Originally we had some disagreements with the dealership. After a few days they called us back in to resolve the issue. They were very respectful and VERY responsible. Weston and Cameron were extremely helpful and understanding. Thank you for working with us!!
I would like to say I am very pleased with Kerry Lucy. She really helped be able to get into a new/used car. Her and Reid (finance guy) did all they can do to make sure I left happy. I would definitely recommend them and buy another car from them
Wasted 1.5 hrs of my time. Said they could 100% help me, over the phone, either with a van or to refinance my car. Get there and they say they dont have a van, then they did, but apparantly cant work something out... and never offered to check into refinancing. Said they would call me....still waiting. Ridiculous!!!! Now reading reviews....i shouldnt have even stopped!!!!
Toyota Bountiful gave me such an awesome experience! Auggie, Pete and Scott took great care of my family! I can't stress enough how amazing it was to actually experience customer service on a whole other level. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else to car shop.
We saw a car we wanted there but could not get a suggested price on it. The poor salesperson had to go into the building every time we asked. . . Finally, after 20 or so minutes of that craziness, we said "forget it" walked back to our car and had several salespeople trying to get us to come inside. We weren't interested in sitting down to negotiate until we could get a suggested price. I hate those games. Just put a price on the car.
