I liked my experience buying my new vehicle at Toyota Bountiful. David Lindquist was a great salesman. I like the free wifi, coke products, popcorn and candy in the service waiting area.

My first experience was terrible about 1 year and a half ago, this time it was a little better. Took quite awhile to get everything done (5 hours) but gave me 2,000 more dollars for my trade in than the other dealers. My wife loves her brand new Scion XB, and my 08 Tacoma is well SICK! The tires were bald and I don't even know how they passed inspections honestly? I guess that's the perks of having the dealership pass it.... worked hard to get me the right price monthly, just took to long.
I got a good deal on my new 2014 Prius at Toyota Bountiful. I really love the car. It has great performance and gas mileage is over 50mpg. I've gotten a free car wash each time I am in the area and stop in. Free routine service for the first 25k miles. Their service waiting area has free coke products, popcorn and wifi. I like it so much I brought my non Toyota car here for its oil change today for a price that is competitive with Jiffy Lube where I used to go.
Disappointed with the service Dept this time around. . Bought my acura there and purchased an extended warranty had to have my tranny looked at cause my check engine light came on and they told me they couldn't run the diagnostic cause they didn't have the equipment to do that and turned me away and said take somewhere else. . :-(
I will never buy another vehicle from this company again... You would think after the 3rd vehicle bought that you would get what you need when you need it. I refinanced my vehicle with another lender and cancelled my GAP insurance to get a partial refund. I cancelled it two months ago and for the last month and a half I have been told I will get my check next week... Next week rolls around and still no check! Time to get better service before you lose all your clients.
Worst shopping experience ever! I have purchased Three other Toyota's, and this by far was the worst. The Salesman I had was very unprofessional and I knew more about the cars then he did. I was trying to be sold very high pressure on a lease, that I said multiple times I was not interested in. My keys were taken by the salesman when he went to "check my VIN" and never given back to me, until I had to demand them. Had a really horrible experience this weekend. My wife and I invested 5 hours total trying to buy 2 new cars from Toyota Bountiful. Long story short - we were told they could cover our payoff values and the numbers would work. After the 5 hours of shopping, talking, deciding, it ends up they wanted to give us about half of what we owed on our cars (and we're far from upside down on either of them) Guess I'll go to Rand's in NSL - Bought there for the first time about a year ago, and had a great experience.
