Terrible dealership, ripped off my daughter, the car she bought had a bad transmission, she took it back, but they won't replace tranny, and she must give loaner car back, now she has NO transportation !!!!!

I love the quality customer services here at Perfection’s Honda Dealer in Rio Rancho New Mexico. The sales people are genuine and very helpful.
We stopped by to checkout it some pilots and crv’s. We test drove a car, meanwhile, someone from the dealership decided to park a used car perpendicular to ours and block us in. There was ample parking elsewhere, this was clearly a sleazy tactic to keep us there longer. We asked them to move it and our sales person walked inside. My husband had to go in and find him and make hm find the keys. We are current Honda owners and they will NOT get our business!

Staff was very attentive, friendly and efficient.
Ken here with a specific car and price in mind. They were able to meet that and take my trade-in which was a little upside down… But I came out exactly where I wanted to be financially when everything was all said and done. And it only took a couple of hours.
