Perfection Honda is a terrible workplace AND place to get your car serviced. The service manager is a lazy corporate boy (no not a man) who takes 3 hour lunches and doesn't choose to fix broken equipment to make his employees jobs safer or the customer wait time shorter. The administration and ownership are a bunch of penny pinching snakes. They take shortcuts almost always to save a buck. They are all awful and I hope that "Honda Giant" falls down the beanstalk.
We bought our Honda Ridgeline at Perfection Honda from the Honda Giant a couple years ago. Worked with very professional people and have received great service every time there. Will for sure work with them when we get our next Honda. Thanks Perfection.....good job. Al & Kay Schwindt
My wife's review (she doesn't have a FB). Though I wasn't there, I stand by her statement, 100%: The more I think about what happened on Tuesday and Wednesday, the angrier I become. My husband and I traveled over four hours to ABQ to purchase a used vehicle in ABQ at the end of last week and we thought we found the perfect CR-V at Perfection Honda. I have never taken my vehicle anywhere except to Perfection. I have always liked the service area and everyone is always very pleasant. I had some issues with them this last time, but I will say they were good about getting back to me and taking care of the issue for me. I do appreciate that about them.
Majorly disappointed with your service. I bought a used car for my son and I was told by Tom and Frank that the chips in the window would be repaired. I was told to be at the site last Wednesday and after waiting over an hour I was told they couldn't do it because the person who does it wasn't there. Then I was told that it would be done today, May 3. I was told someone would call me with a time and they would pick the car up for the repair so I didn't miss work again. NO ONE CALLED ME.
