They are always helpful, very knowledgeable, and work with me to always get the best service and offers available. They are amazing.
We have had extremely poor service with Perfection Honda. This morning was our fifth visit for the same issue, and Michael was supposed to have scheduled us and wasn't even there. He has now not had us scheduled, and ordered the wrong part resulting in this fifth visit. Absolutely ridiculous.

I took my car to this dealership for an oil change and they input my name wrong. It took over a year for them to get the wrong name off their mailing list, despite the fact that my car was financed through Honda under the correct name. Now, they sold my wrong name so now I get a ton of solicitation mail addressed to my incorrect name and that name is showing up on my credit report. I can't get anyone at this dealership to take my call or call me back regarding this situation.
If you are looking for a Honda and want the best possible experience, go see Paul Bustamante and Daron Overman! These guys are professionals who take the time to really listen to what you want and then strive to make it happen. They are easy to work with and take the pain out of buying a vehicle. I'm super happy with my new Honda Civic and I know that should I have any further questions, these guys will be there to answer them! Thank you Paul and Daron!!
just had the air bag replaced per a recall, was in and out in an hour. they were professional and accommodating.
This was my second time to visit Perfection Honda. I had two frustrating and unproductive experiences at another Honda dealership in the area. The whole experience at Perfection was different. The staff are professional and courteous. While performing the diagnostics test, the mechanic identified a simple fix and took care of it, saving me more than $500. The waiting area was quiet and comfortable. Well worth driving the extra time from Los Alamos to Albuquerque.
