I foresaw the issues arising with my Honda Civic LX and had scheduled online. I requested a callback to be advised of whether I should tow my car there or drive it. (This is for the service center) I DROPPED OFF MY VEHICLE FOR SOME MINOR ISSUES THAT I WAS HAVING. I DIDNT GET ANY UPDATES FOR THREE WEEKS. WHEN I FINALLY GET A CALL THEY CALLED THE WRONG NUMBER. EVERYTIME I CALLED TO GET AN UPDATE ON MY VEHICLE I WOULD GET THE RUN AROUND THAT NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE.
