Fast and friendly , love my Honda

When I drove up, friendly welcoming man was expecting me. Then, Jace promptly came out and I was on my way. Jace said it would be a couple hours. Two hours it was and I received a text. Arrived paperwork was ready car was washed and maintenance was done - one again, on my way. EFFICIENT
They really did dirt to my daughter I would never recommend this place to anybody I’ve heard bad things and now I know their true my best advice is stay away from any car dealer that says perfection because there are far from perfect

The service dept is horrendous! Not only were they almost an hr longer than the time they told me for a simple oil change, but they also refused to call a manger. I needed to speak with one about a warranty issue and they flat out refused to call him. They said he was on his personal cell phone upstairs and there was no way to contact him! Really?? No possible way! I attempted to call instead and after being hung up on the first time, I called back a second time and was put on hold for almost 10 minutes before being sent to ... read more
