What a great experience at Perfection Honda! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Raul especially, he took his time and made me feel like family.
Not impressed much. I’ve been dealing with this dealership since I bought my truck and it really has not been a pleasant experience as far as the financial department. First they charge me for something that was never applied to my vehicle then take MONTHS to refund me for an extended warranty I canceled in august (I call to check on it they didn’t even submit it) now I got the refund for the extended warranty but never on the “xenon green protection package” that they again never applied on my vehicle but sure can charge me... read more
Sales people and service people are always so helpful...willing to listen and they try to make things right...but I’m not happy with my car...it’s poorly put together...having problems with it since we got it...won’t purchase another vehicle from Honda

Darrell Gerber was an amazing sales associate! We had no expectations of leaving with a new car, but he helped us through the process and he made it VERY easy. We stayed within our budget and we were able to leave very happy with a brand new Honda Civic! I appreciate his patience with us as we had (many) questions. Their employees steal from their customers vehicles!!!! They let them get away with it!!!
Always treated very well by staff. Services are completed in a timely manner. If there is ever a need for communication, Perfection always takes a proactive approach.
