I negotiated with PH online. An unencumbered process proved to be efficient and smooth. Salesman Dan Chavez paid particular attention to detail and answered all of my questions with no pressure. We were early for our appointment a few days later but an employee settled us in and allowed us to look over our vehicle. A speedy signing session and orientation with Dan and finance manager Jennifer Boyden had us on our way in no time. Great experience!
