******* ****** was AMAZING! I have never been so impressed with a service representative as I am with *******! He was so courteous and extremely considerate of my lack of knowledge with regard to my heating unit. He expertly informed me of several safety & maintenance points that all home owners should be able to execute on their own and upon completion of the job, he carefully explained what he completed. I'd give ******* ******10 stars if I could!

We love our new furnace and many thanks to our team of Danny, Dade and Dominic. They got the job done and were very professional and knowledgeable about their service. I recommend Perfect Star for any furnace work.

Service rep called and asked if he could arrive early because he was ahead of schedule. He was polite and competent. He did what he was supposed to. The whole process was easy and without issues.

***** and the crew were very professional and friendly and they knocked out the job in a day. Impressive! I was able to go about my business while they worked with no problems or disruptions. They walked through everything with us and answered all of our questions. I had complete faith in their ability to get the job done right.

For some time, over a year, we were having problems with our furnace. After arranging for a large well known company to come out twice, but was unable to diagnose the problem, we were referred to Perfect Star Heating and Air Conditioning. *****was the service tech who came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed the furnace. He was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Within the last week, ***** returned for our six month checkup for our HVAC System. Good job, *****. Thank you.

Ray is the best technician, if I could give him 10 stars ?? I would....he listens and does his job along with excellent customer service..My 85 year old mother doesn’t want anyone other than Ray working on her furnace and air conditioner...

Very happy with our service person Danny. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable in his field. He was very helpful and concerned and answered all of our questions. We will definitely request him when we are in need of another service, We give him five stars!!
