I would have this man to dinner...in such a short time on the phone he offered so much info that I couldn't help but trust him. I was so appreciative that I forgot to cancel the appointment I had made. Yet, happy to meet him in person the next morning! *** was worth far more than the minimal house visit. Very thorough. Was actually early with notifying system and photo of tech. Not the lowest price provider but a very high value provider. Furnace service and duct redesign. Did not try to up sell me. Took the time to explain all the work.
We purchased out heater/air conditioning from Perfect Star 1-2018 and have had nothing but 5 star service ever since. I just purchased a filter that will never be replaced and ****** ******* installed it with lessons about cleaning and re installing and company will do it for me if needed. I would recommend Perfect Star and all the employees I have dealt with highly.
