I completely trusted Rays expertise as he made a point of showing me the damaged parts. ***and his team were all very professional. It was obvious why this company had been diamond certified.

Gilbert was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and kept his work areas clean. He needed to replace a capacitor, but didn’t have an exact match, so he comped one that was better than mine. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend them to anyone.

I appreciate the customer service it sounds simple but so many companies have lost it. Before finding your company I reached out to a family friend who owns his own HVAC company I have phoned them twice still no call back and I know him. I had called 3 companies prior all appointment's were 4 to 6 weeks out and we have a grad party so I was freaking. Perfect star answered my call and asked how they could make me smile. Once again Perfect Star came to our rescue. Our AC was not working and Ray came out to fix it. He was very patient and answered all our questions, told us what he was doing ever step of the way and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. Highly recommend this company for heating and cooling.
