This company is great. 3 mos after buying a complete unit they were out to check the system, clean the filters and check the duct work. All part of the service. I can’t say enough about Prefect Star is outstanding

The technician was on time, very knowledgeable, very presentable. He explained the his process and showed me the trouble spots. He finished on time and the charge was the same as the estimate. I am very pleased with Gilbert and Perfect Star. And will use them again in the future.

Ray from Perfect Star serviced my Payne furnace. Found a very simple problem that was caused by a neglectful act of the previous serviceman. Ray made the connection secure and I was only charged the diagnostic fee. He was courteous, friendly, professional. I cannot be more grateful that I waited to find Perfect Star and did not fall prey to Moore Mechanical again!

We had a very positive experience with our furnace cleaning. On time, thorough job and clean up. We have a furnace that is old and due for replacement. Clear information about the overall condition and absolutely no pressure to buy. We will do our research and ask for a quote. Very impressed with the professional level of work and give unqualified thumbs up for this business.

Their team did a great job. They came out to do maintenance on a 30+ year old furnace and discovered that the unit required replacement. Danny * talked me through options and recommended best configuration for our needs and price point. Gil installed it and it works great. Would recommend Perfect Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone requiring a new HVAC system
