This is a five star company they came out in an hour and a half to fix my air conditioner in the middle of a major heatwave when they were absolutely swamped with calls and they did a great job the service was excellent I highly recommend them
You had me at hello! From the time **** answered the phone (he was not a machine) to ******* preliminary visit the next day I was satisfied and knew we picked the right company. They were able to get us in one day later for an install! Today, ***** (with his radio voice) and ******, who are both Master Installers, arrived to put in the new system. I have been smiling since it turned on and we now have a great system with warranties. ***** and ****** worked in 105 temp to get this installed -- my husband, kids and two puppies... read more
Our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night. We called Perfect Star and they had a technician at the house by 12:30 with the air conditioner diagnosed and up and running within the hour. It was really appreciated since today is going to be 106 degrees. Our technician, ***, was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He also gave me some tips to keep the AC running efficiently. I also appreciate companies that wear booties over their shoes in the house. I highly recommend Perfect Star. Thanks ***!
