I was skeptical of their offer of a reduced price furnace tuneup and vent cleaning, but the technician came on time, did a full inspection, cleaned our dryer vent and cleaned up after himself. The work was efficient, the technician was friendly and offered good explanations of the work performed, and I was very pleased.

Horrible sales experience. I called to learn about pricing. They charge $69 to come and tell you the price. I asked for sample pricing for a can of R22 refrigerant. The manager of the office, Hank, says company policy is to NOT be transparent and will only give you price after collecting the $69. I don't trust companies that aren't up-front about pricing. You shouldn't either. Good news is there are other more trustworthy companies to choose from.
Excellent and competent service. Straight forward and friendly staff. Highly recommend this company.
