Perfect Star is a top notch company. Their staff are fantastic, their promptness is greatly appreciated and service is the best. I got a whole new system with them a few years ago and they come by 2x a year to service the equipment and each tech has been so customer service oriented. You can tell the employees like working there and are invested in. Overall, they check every box.

Perfect Star is very reliable, dependable, courteous. I called 8/18/2020, as I have a rental property of which the tenant has health issues. They were able to fit my call into their very busy schedule this time of year with the unfortunate HOT weather we have been having...
