**** ****** is today's lifesaver and will stay for the rest of my mortal life in the position. Why? Because he saved me from more nights and days of freezing temperatures that kept me hiding under covers most of the time. The wall heater in my home was replaced on Monday but there was a problem with the non "liberal" thermostat, also with the heater's shell that kept falling forward, plus the bottom door needed to reach the pilot light was stuck and difficult to pry open. Excellent customer service from when I first made appointment, sent reminders, sent picture of technician coming, called if they could come early. ***** did a 21 point inspection, clean my filthy air filters, replaced a part, signed up for annual service which was reasonable with discounts, and went over everything. Great company and staff!

After having my home inspected and then going over all possible issues with Perfect Stars Consultant ************************************************, my spouse and I elected to have our old obsolete *********** fired, forced air central heater replaced with a brand new Heat Pump that warms us in winter and cools us in summer installed next week.
