Went into Pep Boys to get the oil changed on my truck and to get my tires rotated. I made an online "30 minute oil change" appointment. After 2 and a half hours of waiting while checking out I asked the guy at the counter if he was POSITIVE that the guys in the back rotated my tires, as they desperately needed it. Walked out to my truck to find out that they had not rotated them AT ALL. I have 3 of the same brand of tire and 1 that is different, they were all in the same place. Awful experience at checkout! Paid for my new tires (after we bought the ones that were more expensive because there was an $80 rebate). The cashier who had given me the estimate the day before and never mentioned any stipulations with the rebate proceeded to look for the rebate form. Then, tells me nevermind I am not eligible for the rebate because I didn't purchase the roadside hazard or whatever. She then tries to tell me that she told me about the previous day...
