I had a 1:00 PM appt for an oil change and tire rotation. I dropped my car off at Noon. Arrived back at 4:45 PM and they hadn’t even started. I was then told they “just took it back” about an hour later, I noticed my car was outside so I went up to the desk to ask about it. This location probably won’t fix your car and is unnecessarily expensive Brought my car here for a minor issue with a headlight and was told it would take 200.00 to replace it. Went down the street and got it fixed for 50.00 bucks.
I had set an online appointment for 9am. I arrived at the store about 5 minutes before. The guy told me that online appointments are useless because they do not know what's happening in the store. He informed me that I would go to the back of the line and it would be an hour and a half before they could get to my car. I went to a competitor and got immediate service without an appointment.
Expensive and lengthy for an oil change. Booked an appointment in advance for 11 am, didn’t leave the store until 1:30 pm.
