The worst customer service ever. My truck was at their shop for over 6 weeks. I had to call them and ask them what was going on. They never did communicate with me about my truck. I had to call them every few days to see what was going on and if the CSR Carlos was busy I would never hear from them until I called back. They wouldn’t give me a rental and didn’t tell me the parts was on back order it until we I called them two weeks later. Need to add Zero Stars. We brought our Fusion Hybrid in for repair, it was intermittently showing a warning light "safely pull over immediately" then would lose power. The "fixed" it to the tune of $2500. But, it continued to have the same problem. We took it back and they ran updates and said nothing was wrong that they could tell (paid another $300 for updates). I was not going to write a review but I figure it is important to tell future patrons about my experience so they can make an informed decision on where to purchase their new/used vehicle. I purchased a 2020 Ford f-150 with 700 miles, basically new, earlier this month (two weeks ago) with the promise that Peoria Ford is the best, or so they kept telling me. This dealership is one of many, where good folks, continue to be forced to file a complaint. One example: In the last 3 years, 57 complaints filed on the Peoria ford dealership and yet the BBB grants them an A+ rating???? Nowadays, there are sites such as Dealerrater and Edmonds, available for the consumer who wants guidance before walking onto a specific car lot. These sites are not tolerating such continued behavior of a dealership. Perhaps the BBB can broaden their research, so an A+ is truly earned?

Avoid Peoria Ford like a plague. Very dishonest and deceptive in every way. They priced a truck at full asking price (which I was willing to pay) but then added $2,000 of "options." When I looked at the CARFAX those options had been installed on the truck almost two years earlier by the original buyer. Peoria Ford kept asking for a review!! THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!!!!!! Peoria Ford ARE THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS I HAVE EVER MET!!! They used BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS the entire time!!! Linda (Sales) and Alex (Service) are horrible horrible people!!!!! They are so rude and disrespectful!! As a customer I have never been treated so condescending and disrespectful!! I purchased a 2015 Honda Accord from Peoria Ford May 3 2019. Before leaving the dealership I asked about the tires; I was told at the time we never send a vehicle with less than 90% of the tire tread left. Went to have oil change done and next thing that happens I'm leaving with 4 new tires. I did not just take their word my dad came and looked as well. Don took all my info over the phone. Ran my trade and my credit, and knew what I was putting down. Said the deal was good with where I wanted to be at, all I had to do was come down (I live an hour away) test drive and sign. After my test drive, they told me my phone deal was no good and that the deal Don said he could do was not possible. Shady business at best. Would not recommend Peoria Ford at all

Asked a person there if they had any vehicles in my price range for a cash purchase (which was low).I was told no nothing here for that price,so I said ok can you point me in the direction of somewhere that would have one as I am from out of state(mn).Oh wait I can help since you have cash I think I have something for you.I told him I wasnt financing anything,didnt want to run my credit,didnt want payments ect.Fill this out we just have to verify who you are even tho they had my drivers license.So whatever I filled out the f... read more
