Peoria Ford is THE worst customer service I have ever experienced. The worlds worst customer service from Sales Manager, ****. I ultimately did not purchase a vehicle from Peoria Ford, because we could not agree on the numbers/prices, but regardless of that, **** was incredibly condescending, rude, and displayed absolutely terrible customer service. Purchased a 2022 **** Ranger on April 21st 2023 with cash. Finance employee sat with us to go over our options. We asked to have gap insurance and an extended warranty. When he got the paperwork off the printer he returned it to us all folded up in an envelope. I asked for his card but instead he wrote his name and number on the front of the envelope. Changed the amount of my agreed trade in to make it look like I had negative equity and then added onto my current loan of more than $10k. My agreed trade in was positive $4500.00 but somehow changed it to a negative $10k. I have bought so many vehicles and had great experiences but this one was terrible. Bait and switch, rushed through the process, charged thousands more than agreed or advertised. They broke my windshield while it was there for a oil change and claim they are not responsible. Claim we signed a waiver but cant produce the waiver nor will they answer phone calls or return messages. Getting my attorney involved now.

On September 6,2022 I took our 2019 Mustang (Premium) Convertible in for an oil change at ***********. ************ indicator light came on after the last oil change done ***** miles ago. Upon checking in I was given a document indicating the oil change would be $90. Since I had the tires rotated during the previous ****** mile service, I thought rotating the tires again after just ***** miles was not needed. My 2021 Ranger left me stranded for 2 hours. Would not start. After I got the runaround through the **** app roadside assistance I ended up paying 175 dollars through my insurance. First off, I bought a 2017 F150 over Memorial Day weekend. Check engine light came on while I was driving it home. Brought it in for them to look at it that following Monday. They had it all week stating they are looking at it. That Friday, I ask if its done. They said no. They let me take it home for the weekend so I could go on my camping trip. The worst car buying experience I have ever encountered. I found the truck which is a 2019 F150 that I had been looking for. I was sent pictures Via text of the contract as I live a great distance away. Upon arriving to sign on a contract that we agreed to, which with my credit I wasnt happy about but I was in need and but the bullet so I signed.
