We saw a vehicle online and spoke with the salesman to ensure price and availability. We drive 40 minutes to purchase the vehicle and they increased the price 7k. They would not honor the price we were quoted or that was on their website or the vehicle itself. Fraudulent. Bad business. Will never ever visit this location again and we will share this experience with everyone. Stay away!
I have purchased 3 Mustang convertibles from Peoria Ford and never had a problem until the one I bought in August. It is a 2021 and after a few weeks of owning the vehicle, I noticed a part of the bumper came loose... I tried to push it back in, but the tip of it would not connect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT BRINGING YOUR VEHICLE FOR SERVICE OR REPAIRS AT PEORIA FORD. Feb of 2021 took truck in because the crankcase ventilation system code came on. Problem fixed paying about $170. Started having issues with the ac pressure and temp not staying cold after picking our truck up from the dealership and never having ac problems before so took it right back in . I was in the market for a 2021 **** Raptor. I found the exact model through ****'s website, the vehicle was specified as a DEALER ORDERED. I reached out the Peoria Ford about the vehicle and inquired if it was sold. It was not. I stated that I would like to purchase the vehicle. They agreed to sell me the vehicle but the haven't done the "market adjustment" to the price yet and they could not sell me the vehicle till it was in transit. Fair. We had the worst experience with Peoria Ford this past week, my parents had problems with their F150 four door 2020 we had it serviced before 60k like they said and we had more problems a week later so the service man ***************** told us to bring in next week at 7am so we did that. Buying process went nice and easy. Finance lied to me about what they sold me on their so called “service contract”. Been 6 months still have no paperwork on the service contract I purchased. Called multiple times multiple people and they say I’ll call me right back let me look into it. A week goes by nothing. Every time I go down in person everyone’s conveniently busy or not there.
