I bought a car fom Peoria with the intention of registering it out of state. I required additional paperwork that I did not receive from the dealership. when I reached out to the man who sold me my car, he told me I already had the paper work and then went radio silent. I sent a help request on their website and the only email I got back essentially said "hope we helped you!" which they didnt. dissapointed.

This is a terrible dealership,stay away from it.They sold me a warranty for $2300. They told me it covers everything but they lied,it only covers the engine and Transmission.They charged me $375 for Diagnostics only to plug in the device in my car even though the car is still under warranty. AUTOZONE does this for free. The Technician ***** is disrespectful, unhelpful, Doesnt take any initiative to support the customer. This dealership gives you the run around until you're out of warranty to get you to pay "Diagnostic fees" when my check engine and wrench light are intermittently on and off for ****** miles. They claim that they can't do anything to fix my truck because when I bring it in the check engine light is on HOWEVER they can access the vehicles history in their system and see every single time the check engine/wrench light has come on and what the problem is. this car dealership has to be the absolutely the WORST in Az. I have purchased many vehicles from different dealerships around *******. Peoria Ford is NOT worth your time. They will lie, cheat, and steal from you. The finance **** will add on charges and services you DID NOT ask or agree to. Pay very close attention to ******************* added on LoJack for just a small price of $400.00 and didn't even ask me. Then come to find out, the car was not even set up for LoJack. The wiring went bad in my 2019 Escape back in April and was covered under my extended warranty so I had to take it to ************************ Three months later I still do not have my car back. They had to get the work approved by the warranty company which took a couple days and it turned out that part was on back order with no ETA and this went on for two more months. I went in and told the sales person what I wanted A 2017 **** f150 2.7 motor with tow package as I was buying a travel trailor this truck had high ratings and it was just what I needed. well they show me a truck and said this is a2017 f150 2.7 with the tow package to pull your trailer so I buy the truck for 30k and love it I hook up my trailer and it over heats cant pull hills with out getting hot . So I got another call from Peoria Ford after telling them several times to not call me. Every single week I get harassed by them. Today a salesman called. I asked for manager twice. This sales guy each time pretended like he was the manager but could tell was the same person. I asked for his name and he said it was *********************** and hung up on me. I have tried repeatedly to get them to stop calling me. I had even gone into the dealership and requested they no longer call or E-mail me. I no longer own the car as it was totaled last year, I no longer would do business with them and have told them so. Today I received back to back telephone calls from them. This is an over agressive and non-listening dealership in my opinion.

I am very disappointed in *********** I bought a car for 4 months and I only drove it for 3 because they sold it to me without legal papers and I couldn't ************ I am in a problem with the finance company because of them They sold me a car that didn't have a title and they couldn't put it in my name I couldn't get license plates I couldn't drive it
