Appraiser arrived on time and performed his duties professionally. The appraisal was delivered as promised. One could not ask for a better experience.
Luis was great and very professional. He showed up when he said and delivered when he said. It was a thorough appraisal. Communication was great via text. Ability to pay the invoice by Venmo or Zelle was great also.
