Appraiser was qualified, did a thorough job at a reasonable price. We are very satisfied and highly recommend him.
The appraiser was on time, very thorough and answered questions as asked. He spent a lot of time measuring and taking pictures. We are still waiting on our actual appraisal, but what we experienced up to this point was great.
