I spoke to Luis requesting a home appraisal for a private sale. When it came in I believed it was high. I reached out to him with my concerns. I was disappointed in his untimely response as well. I then began my own research with neighboring comps vs the ones he used. I failed to understand why my home was compared to homes with swimming pools as well as considerable less square footage, vinyl vs stucco. Responsive, courteous & respectful! Luis called and texted immediately. Our first conversation was very informative, he provided credential and scheduled our appointment - time and day was convenient. He followed up the day before. Once on property he was professional and respectful of the people present, our personal belongings and our home and yard. We received our appraisal within the timeframe promised. Overall it was a wonderful experience!
