Very professional work done
The company is very professional. The owner Luis Penagos called within 10-min. of me posting a project. He did the work within a week and I had my appraisal. I highly recommend them.
The owner Luis Alberto Penagos called within 10-min. of me posting a project. He arrived at my home within 20-min. He was through within 20-mins. I gave him a copy of the land survey, roof cert, and windstorm mitigation report. He was professional, prompt and so informative. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants an appraisal for their piece of mind and to negotiate with realtors, refinance companies or insurance companies. Perfect for my needs! Luis explained what he was doing at every step of the way, and asked questions pertinent to the upgrades made to my home, and/or new appliances purchased. I am extremely happy I hired his company for the job, and I would referrer him to anyone who needs an appraiser.
