Stay away shoddy building work and they don't care at all paint peeling off the walls. Silicon peeling off around the windows wind blowing through where the silicon once was mould in every single room ruining everything
It was a very positive experience buying from Pennyfarthing homes. Moving in was a slick, professional process and we've been extremely impressed with the quality of the build. Bought one of their flats, ten years old but still finding shoddy work, wouldn’t recommend them at all
I would rate this experience zero stars if it were possible. Do not buy from this company! Their complete lack of standards is appalling. The quality of their homes is dreadful—there's little to no insulation, and the builders desperately need proper training. We are dealing with mold, total absence of heat, and huge holes behind all the radiators. The paint is peeling off the walls because it was never sealed, and the floors are uneven.
