RecommendedCan not say enough good things about the staff at the pediatric radiology department. They made the procedure so much easier for my 7 year old and they were so comforting and assuring while also taking the time to explain everything to me.
Before you send a bill to someone, you ought to have someone proof the patient invoice. Your billing department is horrible and could give a person heart failure. You didn’t apologize and your customer satisfaction score is a zero!

Everything is great here fun what I've experienced when I was here for 2 months, awesome helpful nurses, and doctors
Your hospital is a joke your staff is rude and I was left in your waiting room with a electrolyte deficiency for 4 hours and I wasn’t aloud to have a bottle of water. Then when I told your receptionist I was leaving she had the nerve to give me attitude. (Of course I made sure I ruined that woman’s day before I left)
It’s the right place to be when in need
The incredible staff here have saved my life more than once. I spend waaay too much time here, but I trust these doctors implicitly. There are two hospitals that are located closer to me but even in an emergency I will always choose to come here. I have never had a bad experience with anyone employed here. Hershey Med is simply the best 💙
