RecommendedI have not had the chance to fully thank the hospital staff, nurses and surgeons for the operation my son had to go under. I’m not sure if it was harder on him or I. But the staff made me feel at ease, gave me the comfort to put my son in someone else’s care as for I couldn’t have helped him in my own. Well, your billing department keeps lying to me about a bill for my husband, first lie, the bill was to cover his deductible, one problem, he has plan F Supplement, had it for years with same company, does not pay for his deductibles, it is included. Well, that lie did not hold up, after I called his insurance, and was told they bill was never submitted, and they had not told the billing department, it was for deductibles. Wasn’t happy with Rhuematology dept. or neurology. Both drs pretty much blew me off. Wasted my time.
I'm still alive, so they must be doing something right.
I have had 9 surgeries through these people and I called in the other day for a quality of life improvement note so i could get a electric wheelchair. They called me back this morning and said they dont write notes or prescriptions for wheelchairs. Lol!!! I'm in this predicament because of medical malpractice already. I was opened up twice for no reason after my hip got infected. Both times my hip doctor(Dr Davis) failed to figure out there was still infection in my body prior to surgery. By far the best hospital for children! I can not thank everyone enough for taking proper care of my son !everyone did absolutely amazing and had amazing personalities ! You guys took excellent care of him and helped us so much .Thank you times a million for everything!!
I can’t say enough about the care I have received! Such wonderful Drs. Nurses and staff. I was very afraid before my recent surgery and was comforted and put at ease. I can’t tell you how much that meant to me! Very skilled, talented and compassionate people! I would recommend this hospital to everyone! I drive 2 hrs one way to get here but is so worth it!
Ya know I believe every institution has its flaws. But I can't stress enough how lucky we are to have Penn State Hershey Medical Center Specialists. They took such great care of Cole last weekend and treated him like he really mattered. Their professionalism and knowledge went way above and beyond excellent! I am so grateful for the Orthopaedics team and their amazing residents. Everyone of them exemplary in their knowledge and patient care. We are blessed!!!
